Welcome to the Pilates Gym!

This is a new way of thinking about your Pilates, where sessions are not taught or guided and instead focus on self-mastery and practise.  This is for people who know their stuff and don't require advice on modifications or equipment adjustments.

All current students of our studio have access to Pilates Gym sessions within the following guidelines:


  • All respect for equipment, the studio space and other practitioners to be maintained.

  • Attendees must be a current practising member of the studio, a teacher or a trainee teacher.

  • Sessions are booked using our normal booking system and are completed within the hour.

    The studio reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone failing to follow these guidelines

    Grab a pass for 5 Gym sessions
    Valid for 6 months
  • Pilates Gym 10 Class Pass

    Grab a pass for 10 Gym sessions
    Valid for 6 months
