International Pilates Day

Come and help us celebrate International Pilates Day on May 4th!

Everyone is welcome no matter what your Pilates experience is with our FREE Come-and-Try classes.

Choose from Reformer at 10.30am or Matwork at 12.30pm (places limited so make sure you reserve your spot).

We will also be running a very special 90min Reformer | Contrology class - have a crack at the original repertoire sequence and see where it all began!

We also will be offering for our current members, 'Bring a Friend for Free' - simply book a class as per normal and then send us a message to reserve a place for your buddy (normal class limits apply).

And finally we'll be running special door prizes and give aways including a chance to win Reformer 5 Class Passes, so even if you don't have a booked session you can come along and join in the fun and maybe score some sweet classes!
