Awareness – be aware of yourself, of what you’re doing and what the basic ideas of the exercise is.
Practice – the Pilates Method is a movement skill. All skills take practice.
Fail – to learn new skills mistakes will be made. And that’s ok.
Enjoy – you should not suffer through a practice or be bored by it.
Move – the practice of Pilates is not a stationary one.
