Equipment Lesson

Appointment only; each lesson is one hour long.

Solo lesson – $115 (incl. GST)
Use the studio and instructor all by yourself

Duet lesson – $68 (incl. GST)
Share the studio space with one other person.

Trio lesson – $53 (incl. GST)
Share the studio space with two other people.

Quartet lesson – $42 (incl. GST)
Share the studio space with three other people.

Reformer Lesson

A new style of class that utilises the Reformer in a group class format.

The next term of Reformer lessons start up on the 26th of August. These circuit classes run for 45 minutes and cost $155 (incl. GST) for 5 classes ($31 per class).

Circuit Lesson

A new style of class that utilises the studio equipment in a circuit format

These circuit classes run for 45 minutes and cost $130 (incl. GST) for 5 classes ($26 per class).

Mat-work Class

The next term of Mat-work classes start up on the 26th of August.

It is a 5-week term and costs $100 (incl. GST) ($20 per class). Classes run between 45-55mins. Check out which class suits you:

Here is what to expect at the various levels:

Level 1 – Beginner

You’re learning the basics and practising the first 20-30 exercises

Level 2 – Continuing

After understanding the basics you’re now applying them to new movements and expanding your knowledge and ability. You may have a pre-existing condition or injury that inhibits you from higher level movements but there are hundreds of movements and variations you can do. Exercises that you can expect to master at this level include – The Hundred, Hot Potato and Leg Pull Front.

Level 3 – Continuing/Continuing Plus

Moving through Continuing, Level 3 students are able to complete a Continuing level class with no modifications and without stopping/pausing. Exercises that you should be expected to master at this level include Single Leg Stretch, Rolling Like a Ball, Roll-up and Swimming.

Level 4 – Continuing Plus

The first of the true Continuing Plus level this is usually students who have been attending for approximately a year, with no or manageable injuries/pre-existing conditions. Exercises that you should expect to master include the Hamstring Pull series, Roll-over, Teaser, Open Legged Rocker and Swan Dive Prep.

Level 5 – Continuing Plus/Advanced

Moving through Continuing Plus Level 5 students are able to complete a Continuing Plus level with no modifications, without stopping and are aware of the basics of the exercises without additional cueing. students also usually have some experience with equipment lessons as well. Exercises that you should expect to master include Jack Knife, Side Lie Rhonde de Jambe, Side Support and the Push-up.
