Our focus at Pilates with Dan is to offer very personalised training programs – it’s our belief that it is the best way to get results.

Pilates with Dan offers Solo (1 client:1 instructor), Duet (2:1), Trio (3:1) and Quartet (4:1) sessions in a professional  studio with specialised equipment. This allows for the closest possible supervision and guidance, to help you get the most out of your Pilates session.

We also offer an increasing number of group Mat-work classes, Circuit classes and Reformer classes. These classes are restricted in size to allow for close interaction between participants and instructor – you will never be lost in the crowd at a Pilates with Dan class! Dan’s Story
